We booked a large van through Vienna Exclusive Green Airport Limousinen Service for three people with luggage, but unfortunately, a regular taxi was sent instead. It was a tight fit, and not what we had arranged or expected. If we had wanted a taxi, we could have easily booked one ourselves at a much lower price. On the positive side, the driver was punctual, waiting for us upon arrival, and provided a safe journey to our destination. However, given the significant price difference and the fact that we did not receive the service we had booked, this was quite disappointing.
