Was there waiting for us and easy to locate. Very polite.

I booked a Pelago car pick-up at Bali Airport today, 5 Sept 2025. My flight was scheduled to arrive at 11am. However, when I reached the Pelago meeting point, I could not find any Pelago staff, and my name did not appear on the Pelago board. After waiting for 15 minutes, someone eventually approached me, but he mentioned he was not from Pelago’s partner company and confirmed that my name was not on their list.
