Pretty disappointed. Poor communication from the point of arriving at the office/departure point. Shuttle left 1h40 late and arrived 2h late. Given a wristband at departure and no paper ticket, and then after the border crossing attempted to charge us again due to lack of paper ticket. Would recommend taking a chance on a different provider if able
