• Singaporeans or PRs can only use physical NRIC for redemption and registration of SIM cards.
• From 15 July 2024 under IMDA’s regulations, SIM registration with passport will be subjected to thirty (30) days validity. To retain your SIM, re-registration is required at any Singtel Shop, Singtel Exclusive Retailer or Singtel mRemit Lucky Plaza with Singpass app activated within thirty (30) days of your SIM registration. After thirty (30) days, your passport registered Prepaid Card will be suspended without prior notice or liability to you, and there shall be no refund in relation to any such suspended Prepaid Card.

The person registering the SIM card at the collection point needs to be at least 15 years old.

To redeem your Physical SIM Card, present your confirmation voucher and passport (for verification and identification purposes) at the redemption points indicated below. Thereafter, download the Singtel hi! App to track your data usage after SIM Card activation.
