We will have a walking tour across the El Rodadero sector and downtown Santa Marta (historical center) to show you the main spots of the city, such as the main cathedral, Parque de los Novios and the port bay. On our way back we will drive by some other sectors of Santa Marta, such as Bello Horizonte. This tour is meant to be a "brief introduction" to the city in order that you will be able to discover the city by your own in forward. However, we are working with professional guides which you can book for a larger city tour visiting the most important museums etc. Start time: 9 am or 3 pm Depending on your chosen start time the morning/afternoon you can spend free time. You will get a chiropractic session from our experienced chiropractor. The duration of the session depends on your condition or if you take the session for prophylactics only. Usually, it takes 1 hour. Start time: at your convenience The rest of the day you will have free time (how about to try the beach?).

We will visit the natural hot springs of Costa Verde near the city of Ciénaga where you can take a bath in the curative water and try the benefits of a lodotherapy on your face or body (voluntary, not included in price). After our stay at the hot springs, you can take lunch in a local restaurant in Ciénaga (not included in price) and we will have a short stay at a viewpoint where the wetland of the Ciénaga Grande de Santa Marta joins the Caribbean Sea. Start time: 9 am Additional information/recommendations: - If possible, use eco-friendly sun and mosquito protection in order to keep the natural waters of the hot springs clean. - It is not recommended to stay longer than 3 hours in total at the hot springs. This is why we will leave them after the 3 hours maximum to continue our tour to Ciénaga. - If you are suffering from high or low blood pressure, cardiac or renal problems, please consult your doctor if you can have a bath in the hot springs. - Duration includes transfer.

You will spend a day at one of the beaches of Santa Verónica whose waters contain a high quantity of minerals. On our way to Santa Verónica we will make a stopover at the riverside of the Magdalena river (the largest of Colombia) in the city of Barranquilla (birth-city of Shakira) and its nearby attractions (Ventana al Mundo and Aleta del Tiburón). Start time: 7:30 am Additional information/recommendations: - Use good sun protection - Take swimming clothes - Duration includes transfer (aprox. 5 hours in total)

We will start in the early morning our way to the mud volcano El Totumo where you can take a bath in its curative cold mud while getting a small massage. After staying for around 45 minutes at the volcano we will continue our trip to the city of Cartagena de Indias to visit its UNESCO historical city center. You will have time for free program before we return to Santa Marta in the late afternoon. Start time: 6:30 am Additional information/recommendations: - Use good sun protection and wear comfortable shoes. - Take an old swimming suit as it could not be completely cleaned from the mud. - It is not recommended to stay longer than 20 minutes inside the volcano. This is why after around 45 minutes we will continue to Cartagena. - The price includes admission to the volcano, but not to attractions in Cartagena. Guidance there is included. - Duration includes transfer (aprox. 7 hours)

We start by car to the city of Minca where we will start our hiking (aprox. 1h 30 min) across the jungle to the cascades "Cascadas de Marinka" for a hydrotherapy under the cold water of the cascades which comes down from the Sierra Nevada mountains. Start time: 8:30 am Additional information/recommendations: - Use good sun and mosquito protection, if possible eco-friendly. - Take swimming clothes and wear comfortable hiking shoes. In the winter season (May-November) we recommend water-resistent shoes. - Duration includes transfer (aprox. 2 hours). In winter season start and staying time might be earlier/shorter in order to avoid the usual afternoon rains in Minca.
