1-Booking Confirmation
After you book your reservation through the Viator platform, we will review and confirm your reservation.
You will receive a confirmation with your transportation details, including pickup time, pickup location, and vehicle information.

2-Airport Pickups
For airport pickups, we provide 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time starting from the time your flight lands.
The pickup location is curbside pickup only at the designated airport terminal.
If the passenger does not board the vehicle within 30 minutes after the flight has landed and no prior arrangements have been made, the reservation will be marked as a no-show and may be subject to applicable charges.

3-Hotel Pickups
For hotel pickups, we provide 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the scheduled pickup time.
Passengers should be ready at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time.
If the passenger is not present within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, the reservation will be marked as a no-show and may be subject to applicable charges.

4-Transportation Service
Once passengers are on board, transportation will be provided directly to the destination specified in the reservation.
No additional stops, route changes, or unscheduled detours are permitted during the trip.

5-Drop-Off
The driver will transport passengers directly to the destination listed on the reservation.
Upon arrival, passengers should ensure they have collected all personal belongings before exiting the vehicle.

6-Service Completion
The reservation is considered complete once passengers have been safely dropped off at the designated destination.
