Redeemed at Nagasaki JR Station, process was very seamless as usual (took less than 5-10 mins). One of the more affordable JR passes nowadays, definitely would go for it again should I visit Kyushu!
easy redemption at JR Station at nagasaki. my tickets were given by 10 minutes. be mindful that the pass only cover non reserved seat / car. u can be request for specific travel dates / times within your pass validity e.g. going to airport, seat with oversize luggage etc.
We exchanged for the JR pass at the Fukuoka airport and got the main pass. Using the main pass, I was able to reserve seats at the Hakata main station. Reservation can be done up to 6 trips and after that u can just take the non reserved seats
The purchase via App was easy and the confirmation able to receive fast. The redemption in Hakata airport is fast and convenient.
