3. Proceed with immigration clearance through VIP service as guided by the
staff.

4. Once the customer has been handed over to the immigration officer during
arrival, our staff cannot enter that line.

Departure Instruction for PHUQUOC (Meeting point is International Departures

1. Please meet at the designated meeting point at least 2 hours before
departure time.

2. Customers go to the airline and check in first by themselves and message
us on their way to the meeting point, then our staff will be there soon to
meet them (we will come quickly, please wait for us). Our staff will hold the
sign “Round Plus” (please refer to the photo).

3. Customers must contact us before the Date of use for the meeting time
confirmation. If customers are running late or early, they must inform us
before heading to the airport.

4. Once the customer has been handed over to the immigration officer during
departure, our staff cannot enter that line.
