Itinerary

  • Mirador Saénz Peña

We will meet at our meeting point to start this culinary adventure in the bohemian district of Barranco, one of Lima’s most charming and artistic neighborhoods. We will walk through the streets of this vibrant area, beginning with a panoramic visit to the Sáenz Peña Viewpoint, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the city and the Pacific Ocean. Our first tasting will be a delicious Peruvian coffee, followed by two types of traditional Peruvian empanadas. Next, we will visit a gourmet shop featuring 100% Peruvian products made by small sustainable and environmentally responsible businesses, where you will also taste one of Peru’s favorite sweets: chocolate. We will then stop at the mini art gallery of the renowned Peruvian artist Jade Rivera, followed by a panoramic walk across the iconic Bridge of Sighs and Bajada de Baños, two of Barranco’s most picturesque spots. Our next stop will be a local restaurant, where you will taste the famous Peruvian ceviche and Causa Limeña, accompanied by a refreshing chicha morada. After that, you will enjoy the classic Lomo Saltado, paired with Peru’s iconic soda Inca Kola. To complete the experience, you will taste a delicious Pisco Sour cocktail, Peru’s national drink. Finally, we will visit a local ice cream shop to enjoy creamy artisanal ice creams with Peruvian flavors. This tour is perfect for food lovers who want to discover the authentic flavors and culture of Lima in a fun and relaxed way.
