We had a wonderful time. Difficulty level was exactly as advertised, and was ok for all ages, from young children to 60-70 year olds. Van was comfortable (we chose the hotel pick-up option). Guide was very knowledgeable about the trees and plants along the hike. We hiked to three separate waterfalls and had time to jump and swim. The guide and tour company were well prepared, providing backpacks, insect repellent, water, a sandwich, snacks, and walking sticks. There were clearly many other groups there (by the same operator) but each group was kept to a small number so it didn't feel too crowded. My only negative comment would be that this was advertised as 5 hours but it ended up probably an hour shorter, I would've preferred more walking or swimming time.
