Canton Tower is divided into 5 functional zones from bottom to top, labeled A
to E. The base, Zone A, serves as a space for showcasing Guangzhou's history,
culture, economy, and tourist attractions, and is equipped with tourist
service facilities. The crown, Zone E, features dining, entertainment, and
observation decks.

Entertainment options at Canton Tower include the high-altitude horizontal
Ferris wheel, the vertical drop ride 'Sky Drop,' and a 4D cinema. In addition,
there are many other attractions such as the 488 Photography Observation Deck,
the Cloud/Star Observation Hall, the Science and Technology Tour Hall, and the
Sky Ladder, most of which are focused on sightseeing and photography.

— Canton Tower Ticketing Information —

1. 【Canton Tower】 Operating hours are 09:30-22:30, and visitor entry is from 09:30-22:00. Please refer to the ticket office announcements for holidays and special event days. Visitors must use their passports to collect tickets and enter the tower during the selected time slot.

2. 【Alpha Discovery Park】 Weekday operating hours: 12:00-22:30 (last entry at 22:00). Weekend and holiday operating hours: 09:00-22:30 (last entry at 22:00).

3. Attraction Operating Hours (Please refer to ticket office announcements
for holidays and special event days):

a. Ferris Wheel: 10:00-22:30. Exceptions: Mondays 15:00-22:30, and the last
Monday of each month 17:00-22:30.

b. Sky Drop / 450m Outdoor Observation Deck / 488m Outdoor Observation Deck:
10:00-22:30. Exceptions: Mondays 12:00-22:30, and the last Monday of each
month 17:00-22:30.

4. Canton Tower implements real-name ticketing and entry. Visitors must
present their own passports for ticket purchase and tower entry.

5. Timed Sightseeing: Visitors must collect tickets and enter the tower
according to the purchased time slot. Any losses incurred due to missing the
entry deadline for personal reasons must be borne by the visitor.

6. Ticket Collection: On the day of your visit, present your booking order
and your passport at the Canton Tower West Ticket Office to collect your
tickets. All tickets in a single order must be collected at once. Non-adult
ticket holders must also provide relevant identification. One ticket per
person; re-entry is not permitted.

7. If you require an invoice, please contact the platform.

8. Outdoor areas are susceptible to weather conditions. Please monitor
weather updates and check the official Canton Tower Weibo and WeChat accounts
for relevant announcements.

9. Please cooperate with security staff for a security check before entering
the tower. Do not bring the following items: lighters and other
flammable/explosive materials, beverages, radio-controlled toys, model
aircraft, kites, or other items that can fly (see Canton Tower security
regulations for details).

— Ticket Types —

Concession Tickets:

Please present one of the following valid documents when collecting tickets:

・Full-time undergraduate students and below (student ID)

・Children between 1.2m (exclusive) and 1.5m (inclusive) in height

・One caregiver for visitors with intellectual disabilities, lower limb
disabilities, or other severe disabilities

・Minors aged 6 (exclusive) to 18 (inclusive) (passport, etc.)

・Seniors aged 60 (inclusive) to 74 (inclusive) (passport, etc.)

Free Admission:

Visitors meeting the following criteria may apply for free admission with
valid documentation:

・Persons with disabilities

・Seniors aged 75 (inclusive) and above

・Children 1.2m (inclusive) or below, or children aged 6 (inclusive) or below
(each adult is limited to bringing two children with free admission into the
tower)

※ Note on Free Admission: Please visit the manual counter on the day of your
visit with your documents, and staff will assist you with the free admission
procedures.

— Safety Guidelines —

1. Do not bring liquids, flammable/explosive items, offensive weapons, toxic chemicals, pets, or other prohibited items into the tower. Please cooperate with security checks.
2. Visitors with acrophobia, hypertension, heart disease, mental illness, epilepsy, pregnancy, intoxication, prosthetic limbs, or those using wheelchairs are not suitable for the Ferris Wheel.
3. Visitors under 1.4m or over 1.95m in height, weighing over 95kg, aged over 65, pregnant women, or those with acrophobia, hypertension, heart disease, mental illness, intoxication, prosthetic limbs, or mobility issues are not suitable for the Sky Drop.
4. Children under 1.5m in height must be accompanied by an adult to participate in amusement activities. For safety reasons, each activity has height, weight, and/or health restrictions. Canton Tower reserves the right to refuse participation if visitors do not comply with safety regulations or staff instructions. Visitors should remain mindful of their own safety and health; failure to observe reasonable precautions will result in personal health, financial, and legal consequences.
5. Canton Tower reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone. Any changes to the above terms and conditions will be notified upon the release of revised terms. Canton Tower assumes no responsibility for the loss or damage of computers, photography equipment, mobile phones, or other valuables.

— Purchase Information —

• Please present your own ID to collect tickets and enter the tower within the purchased time slot. Tickets are only valid for entry during the selected time slot and cannot be used after it expires. Please pay attention to the entry deadline; any losses incurred due to missing the entry time slot for personal reasons must be borne by the visitor.

  
  

• Free admission applies to seniors aged 75 and above, active-duty military personnel of the People's Republic of China, retired military officers, fire and rescue personnel, persons with disabilities, recipients of minimum living allowances confirmed by civil affairs departments, and 'Five Guarantees' households. Please present valid documentation at the manual ticket counter to receive a 433m Cloud/Star Observation ticket (free) to enter the tower.
