It was very useful stuff but please note can only use in Taipei area.
You used the vendor Ezfly which have only 3 locations of collection (Ezfly counters) and even worsen they only operate during office hours and on weekdays at Taipei Main Station. Compared to Klook or the other platforms or buying directly at the MRT stations, collections can be done at MRT info counters from early morning till midnight all days. I had to collect at 9am on Monday and it ruined our travel plans and trip! I regret buying the cards from Pelago! There was one interaction with Rikki - your customer service agent and I did mentioned that I needed to collect the cards within Sunday evening but he/she didn’t even alert me about the collection policy so that I could still have an option to cancel my order. This order has ruined our trip!
