Very bad service from pelago, no driver details provided prior to pick up time, rush myself to contact another 3rd party used by Pelago.. just realize that pelago use viator for booking, better use vistor directly.. and bo cs ready from pelago, everything was replied by robot, himan cs only replied after 48 hours
