Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early. If the meeting time has passed, we will not wait for you or refund you if you are late or absent.

We will contact you via WhatsApp/Line/Wechat or email to make any changes, please ensure that your personal information is filled in correctly.

If you use Line/WeChat, please be sure to enable friend invitations and receive stranger messages, and ensure that your ID is entered correctly. If you are unable to contact your friend due to the above reasons and your itinerary is affected, we will not be held responsible or refund your money.

[Fees]

The tour fee includes tips for local drivers and guides, accommodation, entrance fees, some meals and round-trip transportation.

The minimum number of people per group is 6. If you do not meet the minimum number of people per group and wish to depart as a private group, additional fees will be incurred.

When registering as a single person, a Single room surcharge will be charged per night.

Children aged 3 and above are charged the adult price, while children under 36 months old are free. (Children who are free of charge will not be provided with accommodation, meals, seats in the vehicle, or admission tickets.)

[Travel Tips]

Generally, the itinerary will not be affected by rainy days. If you are unable to depart due to natural disasters, you can change the departure date free of charge or get a full refund.

The conditions of the maple leaves will be affected by the weather. The departure date is the best time to view the maple leaves. If the conditions of the maple leaves on the departure day are not ideal, the company will not be responsible and will not provide any refund or compensation.

3 people: 1 Standard Room(when there is 1 child)

The itinerary will be adjusted according to local conditions. If there is a temporary safety inspection or closure of the scenic spot, the company will not be responsible or refund.

Travel insurance is not included. The company assumes no responsibility for any bodily harm or injury caused by force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. We strongly recommend that customers purchase appropriate insurance in advance.
