During the workshop, you will have the opportunity to learn about the medicinal properties of various herbs and plants used in Thai traditional medicine. Guided by our knowledgeable instructors, you will be introduced to the different ingredients and techniques used to create herbal vitamins. Engage in hands-on activities as you participate in the preparation and blending of these natural remedies. E Indulge in a delicious lunch prepared with fresh local ingredients. You can also relax and spending time in the small river which is from the main Sai Rung waterfall or option to visit Sai Rung waterfall that another 2 kms. away from sanctuary. End your day with a hotel drop-off in Khao Lak. (If the water level at the waterfall is low and swimming is not possible, we will offer an alternative experience at Khaolak Waterside.
