Whilst you will see many people offering the service booking means you get immediate service. From my observation the rebooking also go to the more senior staff, example my guide has been doing it for 14 years since he was in his teens. The tour was well paced for my family with a young toddler and the guide was very knowledgeable and even acted as a photographer for us. He also gave us lots of additional advice being a local 100% recommended experience
Went for the english speaking tour, it was great experience and well spoken english by the tour guide. Recommended many places of interest and food around kyoto.
Very smooth and fast from going to pick up point to boarding the rickshaw
Recommended 10000/10
