The itinerary is designed for comfort, with professional guided tours and full
transportation services throughout—ideal for families and nature lovers.


Q1: Will the tour be cancelled in case of rain or snow?


A: Tours generally operate as scheduled in light rain or snowfall.
Cancellations only occur in extreme weather conditions (typhoons, blizzards,
or heavy rain warnings) when official attractions are closed or transportation
services are suspended. In such cases, guests will be notified in advance via
email and phone.


Q2: Can I get a free cancellation if I’m unable to attend at the last minute?


A: Cancellations due to personal reasons are not accepted within 24 hours
prior to departure. Free cancellation is only available in the following three
cases: (1) Local medical certificate (diagnosis or medical receipt), (2)
Official proof of transportation suspension, (3) Official notice of attraction
closure due to weather conditions. Refunds will be processed after
verification.


Q3: Where are the departure meeting points in Seoul? How far are they from the
subway station?


A: The main meeting points are Hongdae, Myeongdong, and Dongdaemun. All are
located within a 5–10 minute walking distance from subway station exits.

Q4: Is lunch included in the itinerary? How much does it cost?


A: Lunch is not included in the day tour. The guide will recommend local
restaurants, with an average cost of approximately KRW 15,000–20,000 per
person. Meals are self-paid, and guests are free to choose other dining
options according to preference, with no restrictions.


Q5: Is the tour suitable for seniors or children? Is there any age limit?


A: The tour is suitable for all age groups, with no age restrictions. Infants
under 3 years old may join free of charge (no seat provided). For seniors or
guests with limited mobility, please inform us in advance in the notes section
so we can assist with arranging front-row seating.


Q6: How can I obtain the guide’s contact information before departure?


A: A departure notification email will be sent to your booking email address
by 6:00 PM (Korea time) one day before departure. The email will include a
group chat link. Please be sure to join the group. If you do not receive it,
check your spam folder or contact customer service for assistance.


Q7: Can I reschedule if I no-show on the departure day?


A: One reschedule is allowed. If you are a no-show on the departure day,
please contact customer service immediately. You may reschedule to the same
itinerary within 7 days of the original departure date (limited to confirmed
departure dates). A handling fee of KRW 20,000 per person applies for
rescheduling on the same day, payable directly to the guide.


Q8: When will I be notified if the tour does not form?


A: If the minimum number of participants is not reached, you will be notified
of cancellation and refunded via email 3 days before departure. If you have a
specific departure date, it is recommended to confirm availability with
customer service in advance.

  • Please provide the correct communication software contact information (LINE/WhatsApp) when booking. If it is not provided and the contact cannot be made before departure, no refund will be given 
  • Children under the age of 3 who do not occupy a seat can participate for free (except for LEGOLAND), but meals, admission tickets, and a seat onboard are not included. If you're traveling children under the age of 3, please note it in the order
  • LEGOLAND requires tickets for children age 2 and above, so a full fare of the tour will be required and free admission are not available for children age 2 and above
  • The default guide language for this itinerary is Mandarin or English, please indicate your preferred language on the payment page (In case of full reservation or insufficient group size, arrangements will be made accordingly) 
  • If your group place separate orders, please provide the total number of participants and the name of each participant in the Remarks for tour arrangement

A minimum of 6 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
Admission tickets will not be included for travelers under the age of 3 and are required to be purchased on-site
Please be sure to independently confirm and arrive at the designated meeting point in advance. As vehicles are dispatched in rotation to multiple pickup locations, the bus will only wait for 5 minutes at the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
At the alpaca ranch, guests may choose to purchase an on-site optional activity to interact closely with the alpacas for approximately 15 minutes, including walking and taking photos. However, if the alpacas are unsettled or stressed at the time of visit, this activity may be suspended for safety reasons.
For changes to the departure date due to personal reasons within 48 hours prior to departure, a rescheduling fee of KRW 20,000 per person will apply.
If the staff determines that infants, whose original reservation did not include a seat, are over 3 years old (more than 36 months), they will need to purchase an additional ticket for KRW18,000 to enter the Alpaca World. Additionally, they will be required to pay the children's group fee for the one-day tour on-site
It is recommended that you purchase accident and/or travel insurance prior to participating in this activity.
