We have a number of requests, but we believe that the space in which our customers feel comfortable is created together with each and every customer, as well as our staff. We recommend a smart casual dress code.
We ask that men refrain from wearing half trousers and sandals, and that they wear socks, as they can damage tatami mats.
We ask that you refrain from wearing perfume or eau de cologne, as we want you to enjoy the aroma of the food to the fullest.
We also ask that you remove rings and other accessories that may come into direct contact with the fixtures during the meal.
This is in order to preserve for future generations the dishes and works of Rosanjin and others, which the Fukuda family has treasured since the establishment of the restaurant and which can never be made again. We ask for your understanding.
