The central tower (213-foot-tall). Angkor Wat was originally built for Hindu God SRI VISHNU, whose monolithic sculpture measuring 10.8 feet tall is depicted with eight arms. Some of the pillars in the courtyard have inscriptions in Sanskrit and Khmer language. Here is a collection of reliefs of Vishnu, Hindu puranic events, Dancing Apsaras and motifs inside the courtyards.
