The zoo is home to about 450 species of animals, including Asian elephants,
koalas, red pandas, and western gorillas. The botanical gardens display about
7,000 species of plants in a natural landscape, allowing visitors to enjoy
seasonal scenery such as cherry blossoms in spring and autumn leaves in
