We always take a 20-30 minute break for our guests before starting to visit the museum. Visiting the Auschwitz I museum takes about 1.5 hours. Then drive to the Auschwitz II Birkenau museum about 5-10 minutes. Visiting the Auschwitz II Birkenau museum takes about 1 hour. Visit UNESCO World Heritage Site, a former Nazi concentration camp Auschwitz-Birkenau, where more than a million Jews and other prisoners were oppressed or killed during World War II. The flower strewn Death Wall, national memorials, gas chambers and crematoriums, preserved ruins, the remains of hundreds of barracks, watchtowers, the railway line and ramp - all this forms a moving testimony to the number of those who lost their lives. 3. The departure time selected at booking is provisional and not guaranteed. The tour may start anytime between 5:30 AM and 2:00 PM. Please keep this entire time window available when planning your day. The exact departure time will be confirmed by the activity provider via email the day before the tour.
4. All participants must bring a valid ID card or passport. The name on the identification document must exactly match the name provided at the time of booking. Entry to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial may be denied if the details do not match.
5. In exceptional cases, if the guided tour in your selected language is unavailable, you may be assigned to an English-speaking group. In this case, you will receive a guidebook in your selected language for use during the visit.
