However, in the event of CAT 1 weather conditions, for the safety of our attendees, artistes, and staff, the festival will be temporarily halted until it’s safe to resume. Please note that in such circumstances, refunds will not be given. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a safe environment for everyone.

It was good :) first time experience and we had lots of fun. The shuttle bus service after the event was also pretty smooth. Merch redemption was fuss free and quick too. But perhaps the counter can be slightly bigger :)
