After booking, please provide your hotel name, full address, preferred pickup time, and any preferred sightseeing locations or special transportation requirements.

1. Booking Confirmation
After your booking is confirmed, we will review your pickup location and requested itinerary. If additional information is needed, we will contact you before the tour date.

2. Hotel Pickup & Start of Service
On the day of the tour, your personal driver will meet you at your confirmed pickup location, usually at the lobby or designated pickup area of your Beijing hotel.

The 8-hour service period begins when the driver picks you up at the confirmed pickup location.

Please be ready at the agreed pickup time to make the most of your private service.

3. Private Vehicle & Service Options
Your group will have a private vehicle exclusively for your booking.

The standard service includes a personal driver who provides transportation throughout your agreed itinerary.

When booking, you may choose to add a professional English-speaking guide for an enhanced sightseeing experience. The English-speaking guide is an optional service and is not included in the standard driver-only service.

4. Transportation During the Service
Your driver will take you between the destinations included in your customized itinerary.

The standard booking includes up to 8 hours of private transportation service and up to 100 km of service distance.

You can customize your sightseeing route according to your interests, provided that the itinerary remains within the included 8-hour and 100-km allowance.

5. Service End Time
The service ends 8 hours after the confirmed pickup time.

For example, if your driver picks you up at 8:00 AM, the included service ends at 4:00 PM.

If you would like to continue using the private vehicle and driver after the included 8-hour period, additional overtime charges will apply.

6. Additional Time or Distance
If your itinerary exceeds either the included 8 hours or 100 km, additional charges will apply.

Overtime and additional-distance charges are calculated separately according to the applicable rates.

Please confirm any additional service with the driver or supplier before exceeding the included time or distance.

7. Luggage Information
If you are traveling with luggage, please indicate the number and approximate size of your bags in the booking notes when making your reservation, so we can ensure sufficient luggage space in the vehicle.

8. Sightseeing Stops
During sightseeing stops, the driver will drop you off at an appropriate location and wait at an agreed parking or pickup area, subject to local traffic and parking regulations.

If you have selected the English-speaking guide option, the guide will accompany you during the agreed sightseeing activities.

9. Drop-Off
At the end of the service, your driver will take you to your agreed drop-off location within the service area.

If the drop-off takes place after the included 8-hour period or results in additional distance beyond the included 100 km, additional charges may apply.

10. Changes to the Itinerary
This is a private and flexible transportation service. Reasonable itinerary changes are welcome as long as they remain within the included 8-hour and 100-km service allowance.

If a requested change would exceed either limit, additional charges will apply.
