- Monday to Sunday: 09:30 AM – 05:00 PM.
- Single entry only. Re-entry is not permitted after exiting.
- Ticket is for personal use only and cannot be resold. Resold tickets will be confiscated.
- Admission ticket is valid for entry to the main gate only and does not include other paid attractions within the park.
- Circus performances require separate paid tickets on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and special activity days.
- Prohibited items include animal feed, pets, unattended strollers, electric wheelchairs, roller skates, scooters, roller shoes, and bicycles due to steep mountain roads.
- Travelers in the same group must enter together.
- Book using the traveler’s valid ID number.
- Swipe the registered ID at the ticket gate for direct entry.
- If ID is not available, present Hukou or other valid identification at the annual pass office for verification before entry.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times inside the park.
- Original valid ID used for booking (mandatory for entry).

- Comfortable walking shoes (park covers a large area).
- Weather-appropriate clothing, hat, and sunscreen.
- Some mountain roads within the park are steep.
