The driver will pick you up at the exit of arrival hall with your name tab. The free waiting time is 1 hour for domestic flight and 2 hours for inbound flight after the actual arrival time. The pick-up name, flight number and drop-off address need to be provided.

Please Note:
• If your flight is delayed, we will check the flight information in advance and adjust your pickup time accordingly. In the case of connecting flights, please note that we are only able to check the flight details printed on this voucher.
• If you are unable to find the driver for any reason, it’s your responsibility to call the number shown on your voucher for assistant, before making alternative arrangements.
• If there is any change, you must amend your booking immediately.
• Unless otherwise stated, 1 piece of medium sized luggage is allowed per person, Hand luggage should be small enough to be carried on your lap. If your luggage is more than the space of the vehicle, it’s your responsibility to pay a taxi to carry your luggage.
