The cooking class was conducted professionally and there was sufficient guidance provided by the team throughout the process. The market tour also provided a rare glimpse into the daily lives of a local, and introduced us to the various ingredients used in Thai cuisine, many of which we've heard but never seen before. Overall, we're extremely satisfied with this activity.
