We strongly recommend you to arrive early before your private onsen session to enjoy the public onsen with no time limit.
Terms and Conditions:
1. This voucher must be redeemed within the validity period.
2. This voucher is non-refundable and non-cancellable.
3. There will be penalty charges of $2/pax for every day the voucher is extended after the voucher expiry date.
4. The default in-house booking policy applies once a slot has been made with Joya Onsen Cafe.
5. This T&C may overwrite the default in-house booking policy or vice versa, depending on whichever date comes first.
