Aurora Viewing Conditions:

• Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon and sightings cannot be guaranteed
• The tour may remain stationary or travel across regions, including crossing into Finland if required to find optimal viewing conditions. Please bring your passport or ID card
• The tour may be shortened or extended depending on how quickly the lights are seen or if clear skies require travel

Weather & Safety Considerations:

• Operates regardless of cloud, snow, or rain (the Northern Lights can be visible even in adverse weather)
• Temperatures may drop to -30°C (-22°F) — dress warmly in layers
• Extreme conditions like snowstorms or avalanches may lead to cancellations with full refund

Photography & Consent:

• By booking, you grant full copyright of any photos taken by the tour’s photographers to NorthernShots Tours
• Photos may be uploaded to a third-party platform, monetized, or used in promotional materials
• If you do not want photos taken or shared, inform the guide in advance and avoid posing

Tour Logistics:

• If fewer than 16 guests are booked, the driver may act as the guide
• Vehicles may not have onboard toilets and may drive long distances without breaks
• No eating allowed inside the vehicle
• Toilet use is not permitted while the vehicle is in motion

Notes:

• Issues such as flat tires, icy road delays, or heating limitations are managed by third-party transport providers and are not valid grounds for refunds
• If your return is delayed and results in missed travel connections (e.g., flights, ferries), you are responsible for related expenses
• If you do not see the Northern Lights, a 50% discount for another tour is offered based on availability
• This offer must be booked in-person at the desk and cannot be refunded or guaranteed for specific dates

• Infants and small children can travel in a pram or stroller.
• Specialized infant seats are available upon request.

• On some tours, we may cross into Finland to find the best spot for viewing the Northern Lights. Please bring your passport or ID card.
• Dress warmly even inside the vehicle, as cabin temperatures may drop on especially cold nights.
