- Tuesday to Sunday: 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM.
- Closed on Mondays (except during public holidays).
- Please arrive at the entrance or lobby at least 15 minutes before your confirmed entry time.
- Late arrivals will not be entertained or accommodated as the attraction operates on a strict time-ticketing system.
- Strollers are not allowed inside the towers; however, storage/lockers are available on-site for your convenience.
- Age is determined by the year of birth rather than the exact date of birth.
- Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the date and time specified.
- Adult: 13–60 years old.
- Child: 3–12 years old.
- Senior: 61 years old and above (must present valid ID).
- For Malaysians, a valid MyKad must be presented upon request.
- International tickets are valid for all non-Malaysian travelers.
- Child: 3–12 years old.
- Infant: Below 3 years old (free entry).
- All children must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.
- Valid photo ID or Passport.
