We enjoy every much the lounge. The food is good and ambience nice.
Great way to relax between flights
Bought the pass on the same day of usage without any issues.
Nice place
Very full, only 1 toilet working. Had to request a tea cup. A lot of spicy food we cannot eat Not really worth the money. Only good thing was getting a seat as no where to sit in Penang airport when busy.
Where this lounge is you have no restful area as it is right by the security so you hear all that is going on . There is no closed off area just a wide open entrance
It’s not baby friendly, there’s no baby chair provided
It was terrible. The check in was not a breeze. The receptionist told me that the QR code I printed has expired. Had to log in and show. The food was formal. There was no water bottle. Male toilet reeked of urine and was wet around the urinals. Should have just sat with the other travelers around the boarding gates.
