This pass can be purchased and used by Non-Japan Citizens. You may require to present a passport or ID for verification upon ticket collection.

Please note that stopover is not allowed for the one-round trip ticket pass.

Easy to redeem
Located on 1sr flr of Ikebukuro station, walk towards almost end turn left from basement to go upstair. Ticket collection at counter kiosk. Walk see thru room, look for Seibu (platform 5-orange) stop at Tokorozawa then goto (platform 1-blue) to get to Hon kawagoe. Exit CS lobby turn left and head straight up.
