SEA LIFE Busan was a wonderful experience for our family of three, especially our young daughter who was mesmerized by the colorful marine life. The highlight was the underwater tunnel—watching sharks and rays swim overhead felt magical. Interactive zones like the touch pool kept her engaged and curious. The aquarium isn’t huge, but it’s well-organized, clean, and child-friendly. We also enjoyed the mermaid show, which added a fun, fantasy element. Located right by Haeundae Beach, it made for a perfect half-day outing. Though tickets are a bit pricey, the smiles and excitement on our daughter’s face made it totally worth it.
Seamless redemption experience - the QR code was valid and I simply showed it to the admission staff from my mobile phone. Confirmation was quick, too.
I bought 2 tickets on separate occasions for the same day. Unfortunately, at the ticketing counter, they told me one ticket had already been scanned. It was frustrating. How could that happen when it was only 10am in the morning. I had to get another ticket while standing at the side. Unfortunately, the next available ale time slot was 2pm! And I have family members waiting for me. So I basically bought 2 tickets, can’t use 1. And had to buy a third one at the ticketing counter.
Getting the ticket was not hard. But the shocking thing was, my ticket was considered used by the time I got to the place at 10am in the morning on the day it was supposed to be scanned! I double checked that it was the correct date. How could it be, that 2 different tickets were purchased on separate occasions with exact details. Yet, one was used and the other not. Frustrating experience.
