If guest decides to finish or stop the lesson before it’s been completed guests will not be eligible for any refund, credit or transfer for any uncompleted surf lesson(s).
Guests need to be aware that once they agree to surf with PT UP2U Surf And ADVENTURES they participate at their own risk.
PT UP2U SURF will not cancel any surf lesson unless the head coach deems the condition to be unsafe to surf i.e. waves too large, super strong currents or lightning is present.
In the event of such circumstances, PT UP2U SURF and ADVENTURES will attempt to reschedule the lesson to another location at no additional costs.
Booking Confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 24 hours.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 24 hours before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 24 hours before the date of selection.
