2.Citrus Honey Tart

This exquisite tart is crafted with pure, floral honey sourced from a local
apiary in Hong Kong, where bees are nurtured through natural and ecological
practices to produce authentic, unadulterated honey. The crisp tart shell
encases a harmonious filling of vanilla chantilly, lemon curd, honey cream,
lemon confit and almond cream. The surface is piped with pleasantly tangy
