The esim didn't during thr first few days. Able to use only one day then the data was not available. Immediately message pelago customer service and they were very patient, responsive and helpful. In the end, they gave me new esim and was able to use it. Could have given two stars but because of great customer service, I am giving it four stars. The new esim given to me was working well. Has data to almost all places in Australia.
The set ups and the processes are easy.
