You may enter the park after presenting a validated voucher at the entrance. Please be aware that there is no need to exchange any physical tickets.
After entering the park, present your e-voucher at the Hill Service Office and Ranch Service Office on the left side of the entrance to exchange for a special bonus of the "Sheep Feed Pack"

Purchase and redemption of tickets were simple and easy. Redeem tickets on actual day at the Mother Farm by keying in the code emailed by Pelago. Mother Farm was fun for the kids, tho abit hard to get to from tokyo. All worth the efforts, kids love the place! And we got to see Mount Fuji on our day of visit - clear sky!
