— Important Info —

1. After placing the order, please confirm the ride information (pick-up/drop-off location, hotel name, number of passengers) through chat.
2. Due to weather conditions, traffic jams, holidays, road closures or accidents and other irresistible factors, the driver's actual arrival time may be slightly different from the scheduled time. If there is a delay, customer service will notify you in advance.
3. The number of people and luggage allowed for each vehicle type is fixed. Please be sure to fill in the actual number of people and luggage when placing an order. If the actual number of people on site exceeds the number of people and luggage allowed, the driver will refuse to board the vehicle and no refund will be given. If you are not sure, please chat with the customer service through the merchant to confirm before placing an order.
4. Please carefully check whether your personal belongings and valuables are left on the vehicle before getting on and off the vehicle each time to avoid unnecessary losses.
5. According to the Thai Traffic Law, all passengers on seats must wear seat belts. If caught by the police without wearing a seat belt, a fine of 5,000 baht per person will be imposed (guest pays by himself)
6. Please make a reservation before 20:00 pm (GMT+7) the day before departure. Once the reservation is confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

— Pick-up instructions —

1. To ensure accurate and timely pick-up and drop-off, please be sure to fill in complete information, including flight number, arrival airport and time.

2. Pick-up location: After passing customs and collecting your luggage, please go to the designated location and look for a card with your name on it. Our staff will arrange for you to get on the bus.

3. Waiting time: The driver will wait for free for 2 hours after your flight actually arrives. If the timeout occurs due to force majeure factors such as flight delays, please send a message or call our customer service staff in time. If the waiting time exceeds 2 hours, You need to pay a waiting fee of 200 baht per hour (less than 1 hour will be counted as one hour)

   
   
4. If the waiting time exceeds and no active contact call is received from any passenger, the ride will be deemed to have been abandoned and the driver will leave without refund.
5. If you do not see the pick-up sign or staff after arriving at the agreed location, please contact our customer service immediately. If you leave without contacting customer service, you will be deemed to have given up the ride and no refund will be given.
6. If your flight is delayed or canceled, please notify our customer service in advance. If you do not notify us or give us a short notice, you will be responsible for any losses and waiting expenses.
7. Vehicles are not allowed to park for a long time at the pick-up area of ​​the airport. The driver needs to park the car in the parking lot. When the pick-up staff meets you, he will notify the driver to drive over. It will take about 15 minutes. Please wait patiently.

— Hotel pick-up instructions —

1. Please wait for the driver in the hotel lobby on time. The driver will hold a sign in the hotel lobby (with your English name written on it). The driver will check the information and arrange for you to get on the bus.
2. The free waiting time for hotel pick-up is 20 minutes. If you do not see you after 20 minutes, the driver will no longer wait and will be deemed to have given up the ride. The driver will leave and no refund will be given. If you are unable to arrive within the agreed time, you can notify customer service in advance to ask the driver to continue waiting, and you will need to pay a waiting fee of 200 baht per hour (less than 1 hour will be counted as one hour)
3. If you have not seen the driver by the reservation time, please contact our customer service immediately. If you leave without contacting customer service, you will be deemed to have given up the ride and no refund will be given.

— Additional Info —

1. There is no multi-point drop-off service during the ride, only single-point drop-off service is provided.
2. Please confirm your drop-off location before ordering, and fill in the "drop-off location" and "hotel name" in the special requirements remarks field when placing the order to facilitate your arrangement.
3. Some hotels and locations are relatively remote, and there will be surcharges. Please contact our customer service to confirm before placing an order.
4. This product does not include infant seats and child seats. If necessary, please contact customer service in advance. The surcharge for child seats is 300 baht/one/one trip. You can pay the driver in cash on the day of use.
5. Pets are not allowed on board. If necessary, please contact customer service in advance for consultation.
6. This product provides sign-raising services at the airport. Please refer to the itinerary description for the placard-raising location and details.
