We're extremely upset that the coach didn't turn up at 07:10 as it was supposed to. We arrived at the bus stop at 06:45. Our coach is supposed to come at berth 15 but no sight till 07:20 and we decided to buy the tickets from Terravision (berth 14) whom we departed at 07:31. Still no sign of our coach at berth 15. We're really upset that our holidays in Italy started this way. Pelago should not have partnered this transport company as they only have one coach every hour as compared to Terravision who has one coach every 20 minutes. I strongly demand Pelago to give me a refund. Because of the delay, we were stuck in the heavy jam in Rome due to office hour traffic. Seriously do not recommend this transport company at all!
