- Discounted tickets for seniors, persons with disabilities, or local residents are only available for purchase on-site with a valid ID.
- Children under 36 months can ride for free but must provide proof of age (e.g., health insurance card).
- Children and the elderly must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
- Sky Capsule maximum capacity is 4 passengers; however, a 5th passenger is allowed if they are a child aged 7 or younger.
- Valid photo ID or passport.
- Mobile e-ticket with QR code.
- Proof of age for infants (if applicable).
- The Beach Train and Sky Capsule stations are generally accessible, but some walking paths between stations may have stairs.
- Pets are allowed but must be kept in a pet carrier (rentals not available).
- Manual confirmation is required; your booking will be confirmed within 2–3 working days.
- For pre-sale Sky Capsule tickets, confirmation occurs approximately 4 weeks before the departure week.
- Cancellations made at least 6 days before the selected date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 0–5 days of the selected date are non-refundable and cannot be modified.

- The voucher is valid only on the selected date and time; invalid after expiration.
