Very good and well organised tour
Great knowledge from tour guide Mr Kong
Feedback. worst experience. Bus broke down and the tour guide continues to provide unreliable time estimates. Which eventually resulted in us calling grab to get back to the hotel. (air conditioning stopped working, while we were all cooking in the bus) eventually the bus stopped at a service station and the tour operator told us to wait while they "repair" the bus. and that it will only take 10 mins... they also informed there was no alternate bus available so we had to wait for the current one to be fixed. after waiting continuously we eventually got fed up and called a grab to get back to the hotel at an exorbitant cost. During the trip back the tour guide sends us a text message informing that they have a replacement bus to take us back. Which is vastly different to no bus available. Further during the trip the air conditioning was already fairly weak compared to what you would expect from a tour bus which further made the whole tour very unpleasant. Arrangements should have already been made when there were already signs of issues with the bus. Such as stocking up on additional cold water for the guest. Furthermore during the tour the tour guide was not flexible with managing guest with mobility concerns, when asked if they could wait outside rather than enter the tour guide insisted that they had to go through but ultimately we passed through the initial point. The issues extended further with continual misleading time estimates of the time it takes to go through particular sections and not being on time for the agreed meet up time.
