- This Programme shall proceed as scheduled regardless of weather conditions (i.e. rain or shine) and no rain checks or refunds shall be allowed.
- Participants are to be at the Meeting Point (After Shark Seas) at least 15 minutes before the start of this Programme. Failure to comply with this may result in the participant missing certain components.
- This Programme is open to participants aged 4 and above only. However, exceptions can be made for children under 4 who can walk independently in support areas.
- Participants under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a paying, parent/legal guardian at all times.
- For the safety of all guests and marine animals, participants will have to adhere to the safety instructions. Guests who do not comply with the safety instructions may miss certain components of this Programme.
