Likely all 5 stars reviews here are bought over by the store (saw the sign at the counter saying “show us your 5-star ratings for a photo taking session”) Attitude was really bad and it wasn’t even busy when we reached. Staff at the counter just glared and asked if we have an appointment, then proceed to chug this big bag in our hand (to put our belongings? To put the hanbok? Not sure what she was rushing for). Only 1 hair stylist was around and she was attending to other customers so one of the staff rudely told me to “choose your hair accessories and wait”. I don’t mind the wait but eventually one of the staff came to attend to me in a rushed manner. The hair stylist was still with the same customer when mine was done. I was told to choose 1 out of the 3 hair styles (half head, French braid, and bun) and I had to style my fringe myself because the hairstyling was literally for the hair, fringe excluded. Subsequently I had to add additional accessories myself as it was quite bare. She just stood there 🤷♀️ Many other shops around and would highly recommend to try another shop. 24,000krw for 4 hours is pricier than most of the others we saw anyway. Not worth and don’t let your mood be spoiled especially to wear such a pretty dress ☺️
