The meeting point for Topkapi Palace was described in detail and easy to follow if you simply followed the instructions, but as others have mentioned, Hagia Sophia was the problem. I arrived with the voucher I received from Perago, but the gate attendant wouldn’t let me in with it, so I was stuck and had to ask for help. They took a photo and checked with someone, then managed to get a barcode from them and let me in by scanning it with their phone. The process for entering Hagia Sophia is unclear and requires some negotiation skills.
