  • Tickets are valid for all guests with a valid QR code ticket. Each guest must scan their respective QR code at the entrance.
  • Guests must comply with ride-specific age, height, weight, and health restrictions, available in the Rider’s Guide or at each attraction.
  • The attraction reserves the right to request identification to verify ticket eligibility.
Child Policy
  • Child tickets apply to ages 4 to 12.
  • Children under 122 cm in height must be accompanied by a Supervising Companion (aged 14 or older) who meets all ride requirements, except at Magic Potion Spin, where children under 110 cm need a parent or guardian.
  • Hand-held infants are not permitted on certain attractions for safety reasons.
  • Young children must walk to and from ride vehicle seats unassisted and have the body and spinal control to sit upright without aid.
  • The Child Swap Programme allows one parent to wait with a child while others ride, then swap without re-queueing. Contact attraction team members or Guest Services for details.
