This class is a 2-hour introduction to the Stand Up Paddle Board. The goal is to provide the basic techniques needed to paddle safely on a stand up paddle board. The whole class is conducted in calm, flat waters, always depending on weather conditions. It is very important for students to start in relaxed conditions, focusing on the most important elements such as the board, paddle and paddle. Value includes all material.
