When you exchange your voucher for a ticket at the TOBU Tourist Information Center ASAKUSA, please open the usage screen from the link provided in the voucher email, press the “Use” button, and show the screen to a staff member.

Q: Can I enter the gate with my digital ticket?
A: No. You can not use NIKKO PASS with your digital ticket. You must present your digital ticket (voucher) at the Tobu Tourist Information Center ASAKUSA to exchange for a physical ticket. Tobu Tourist Information Center Asakusa 7:20AM-7:00PM (open all year round)

Q: Does NIKKOPASS include Limited express train tickets?
A: No. Limited express train tickets must be purchased separately if necessary.

Q: What is the difference between the [all area] and the [world heritage area].
A: The difference between the two passes is the range of buses that can be used locally. Please choose according to the itinerary.
