Good timing and great service
Booking was smooth but return boarding was very very slow
Our original boat got cancelled so we got put on a replacement. Unfortunately, Pelago did't tell us this, the boat company told them but it wasn't communicated to us. This meant we missed the boat and had to get on one 3 hours later. The experience itself was perfect though, no complaints
