Departure Time: The driver will wait at the designated location before the
scheduled departure time. If there is a delay due to the passenger's own
reasons, the service duration will still be calculated from the scheduled
time. Please plan your schedule accordingly.

Departure Point: Generally, the meeting point is at the entrance of your hotel
or guesthouse, but other departure or drop-off points can be specified upon
request.
