I will teach how to make 2 kinds of traditional handmade pasta : fettuccine andravioli with spinch and ricotta filling.; we'll cook them in 2 different sauces : tomatoes with garlic chili and basil for spaghetti and butter and sage for ravioli; we cook and eat the pasta in the ancient kitchen downstairs, all served with a glass of white or red wine.
