- Midnight surcharge applies between 11:00 PM – 6:59 AM.
- Distance surcharge applies to all pick-ups or drop-offs in the following areas:
- West Area: Boon Lay, Bukit Batok, Choa Chu Kang, Clementi, Gul Circle, Joo Koon, Jurong, Pioneer, Tengah, Tuas, West Coast.
- North Area: Admiralty, Kranji, Lim Chu Kang, Mandai, Marsiling, Sembawang, Sungei Kadut, Woodlands, Yishun.

- Driver details will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking one day before the booking date.

- Please provide the child's age or month when making the booking to ensure the appropriate child seat is prepared.
- Infant Seats and Toddler Seats are available at SGD 20 per seat.
- Booster Seats are provided free of charge, subject to availability.
- All children must be accompanied by at least one adult.
